|  Overwrapping
Exactly as a cigarette packet would be wrapped with each end of the packet being folded up like a parcel. We are currently wrapping millions of 2 for 1 offers for customers such as Marks and Spencer. With two machines we have the capacity to wrap over 5000 units per hour.
 Shrinkwrapping
Automatic and manual machines we are able to accommodate many shapes and sizes in large volumes.
 Polythene Overwrapping
Like a tray of Coca Cola would be supplied to a supermarket, shrink sleeved in polythene with both ends open.
 Flowrapping
This is best described as looking somewhat like a crisp packet. Products such as 2 page leaflets, booklets or collections of both can be wrapped in food grade polypropelene with a crimp seal top and bottom and fin seal running the length of the pack. This is a very popular way of wrapping scratch cards, phone cards and giveaways in cereal packets. With several machines we are able to produce large volumes up to 200,000 packs per day. Material used can be clear, printed or metallic.
|  Shrink Sleeving
Sometimes products are banded together using a plain or pre printed PVC shrink sleeve. Theses are very popular with two for one offers or maybe banding a free gift to product. Cavalier has 4 conveyors purpose built for this operation.
 Vacuum Packing
Here we insert your products into a purpose made PVC pouch. We then extract all the air and seal leaving a rigid pack looking like a pack of smoked salmon you would buy in a supermarket. Good for novelty presentations.
 Line Packing
For packing items such as selections of, Gift Pack. Game, toy and book packs.
 Labeling and Barcodes
We have a high speed printer for making professional labels of all sizes, including all types of barcodes. Our specialised barcode scanner is able to check barcodes to supermarket standard.
 Hand Packing
For sample products. Gift and promotional packs with bows, labels and wrappings
